A claim to the Register of Damage for Ukraine (RD4U) can be submitted exclusively in electronic form, using, for the time being, the Ukrainian mobile application Diia, which can be downloaded as follows :

In a few weeks, it will also be possible to submit a claim via the www.diia.gov.ua  web portal.

To submit a claim, you will need to fill in an electronic form in Diia and provide the necessary information about yourself, the damage or destruction incurred and the amount of the damage (if such information is available). Those who do not use Diia will also be able to submit a claim. A mechanism required for this is being developed and will be available soon.
