Claims can be submitted to the Register of Damage for Ukraine (RD4U) in electronic form

 through the Diia web portal 

To submit a claim, you will need to fill in an electronic form in Diia and provide the necessary information about yourself, the damage or destruction incurred and the amount of the damage (if such information is available).
