Claims for compensation of damage by Russian aggression can be submitted to the Register of Damage for Ukraine (RD4U) in electronic form, in one of two ways:

 through the Diia web portal 

 through the Diia app which can be downloaded as follows :

To submit a claim, you will need to fill in an electronic form in Diia and provide the necessary information about yourself, the damage or destruction incurred and the amount of the damage (if such information is available).
